no noooooooooo it goes on electric only 39 miles of usa in sweden 6,3 mil, or maybe ur volvo in usa mades special version towards to our in sweden... I got volvo xc60 recharge 2024 t6 plus model and saved huge amount towards to ultimate version , not worth putting huge cash unless one love it....... Core, Plus, Ultimate/Ultra 3 models Rear / bagage trunk is smaller than my earlier Qashqai due to batteries under trunk takes space........ inside car yes plenty of spcae for everyone and its a plus Every car of volvo got speed limits no matter which version one got or which volvo hybrid or pure electric goes only 180 /km ...... Obviously most of car is Super and few things annoying one each and everytime like when one starts car you need to decide either drive in electric or on petrol/gas wat ever one need to go into menue to change it each n everytime .... Latest software 3.1.2. came out 13 th of may 2024 but its not available OTA means one needs to visit workshop for it or wait till yearly service time.......

I think people misjudge the speed of the vehicle because of how quiet it is and it's tuned not to throw you back into your seat... it's a swooping speed! Btw I bought the Plasma Blue as well 😊. It's a VW product. Zero out the miles and do the real world calculation. Never take what they show on the display as gospel. That's real journalism.

Looks great, but does this model also come with tyres that are only available in Australia!!! I took delivery of an MG3 HYBRID last month, also a great car, but after suffering a puncture, found that the tyres it has fitted are not available anywhere in UK/Europe but only Australia.... MG UK suggestion...essentially they didn't have an answer... Fortunately my dealer agreed to take the tyre from another car if my existing tyre couldn't be repaired, which luckily it was. The point Is, how can MG UK bring a car into the UK for sale when they don't have access to something as fundamental as a spare tyre!!!!!!

Mine seems to be so noisy in petrol mode is this normal ? .Also the EV battery seems to lose its charge really quickly after a few miles .It goes from full power to 1 bar within 10 miles

I just bought the DS4 Performance Line in April and in 1 month it will be mine, DS did a special offer on the DS4 PL full optional for the 10 years here in Italy for the Diesel and Petrol engines, I choose the Diesel for my work that requires plenty of highway and long distance rides and I had the chance to bring it at home at 35k and more than 10k of optional in it! I have an Ev with no home charger. And it works for me.

This isn't built in Sweden, or even the factory in South Carolina. It's built in China, by Geely.

Just get a Tesla or shop around for the cheapest public charger. Then it’s cheap.

Two questions. 1. does it come with Android auto? 2. Does the 360 camera automatically turn on at very low speeds? I have a 2020 model and while The camera system is actually very good quality, unfortunately it does not automatically come on when I'm parking. I find that very annoying.

Rented one last week, what an awkward fidgety car. Bluetooth was impossible to disconnect from, the automatic shifter is the most counter intuitive thing ever, found myself shifting into neutral multiple times by accident, hard to put into park, impossible to turn off the lane correction, which was a nightmare on small country roads, pushing me into oncoming traffic. Front and rear windows dont open all the way down, and of course awkward french center console window controls, which is just something I'm not used to. Totally turned off

I went to Toyota Ireland as a technician when this car was initially launched with the late great Martin Kinsella. He was super excited showing this off and to be honest i fell in love with it then. If i could afford one i would definitely buy one. One thing that is probably the most important feature is that it is reliable, far more so than the other brands mentioned. Rip Martin. I would point out that the range meter on EVs ( which is known as the Guess-o Meter or GOM) is not a way to judge the real range of the car. Its usually goes on an average of previous journeys and depends how its been driven. Also if the car is very new it will be very inaccurate. Volvo in particular make the GOM very conservative and the range will be better than this with careful driving. Outsude temperature also makes a big difference. Howver I do agree the C40 is great to drive.
